eSignRecords2017, ESRA’s annual conference that took place this year at the Parc 55 Hotel in San Francisco, was by all accounts a tremendous success. Packed with the most diverse group of topics and panelists to date, eSignRecords2017 provided a tremendous amount of information and thought leadership in the electronic signature and digital records space. More than thirty speakers delivered presentations on topics including blockchain, smart contracts, eNotary, eMortgage, life insurance, digital identity, mobile signatures, standards, ESRA Public Policy, and the many legal implications of the ongoing digital revolution.

“eSign Records 2017 definitely had our most diverse and compelling set of topics yet,” said ESRA Chairman Dan Puterbaugh. “We covered issues around consumer acceptance of mobile contracting, the potential global impact of the eIDAS law, developments in digital mortgage as well as the latest developments in blockchain and smart contracts.  I think this year’s conference showed that ESRA can be a platform for folks from a wide variety of industries to share their insights and aspirations around the next generation of digital disruption.”
