Wow. Thank you for this most enlightening presentation on law reform as it relates to E-signatures. Digital is certainly taking the world by storm.

While E-signatures have not received similar recognition in St Lucia. Although it is still not possible to execute legal documents or for that matter purchase St Lucia real estate through the use of e-signatures, the prospect that this may be introduced in later years is both promising and stimulating.

No doubt the introduction of electronic signatures in buying and selling St Lucia real estate will add both convenience and controversy in closing.

I was at the 2010 ESIGN Summit, live blogging. I've also posted some photos of the event to Facebook and DocuSign is collecting 1 Million eSignatures, on-going, so we can all show our support for ESIGN.
